Il a r\u00e9ouvert aujourd&rsquo;hui au public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le premier zoo a ouvert en 2016 entre la premi\u00e8re zone pavillonnaire et l&rsquo;actuel quartier commercial. Il a ferm\u00e9 deux ans plus tard car le terrain \u00e9tait trop petit pour les animaux  (5 petits enclos et un abris \u00e0 perroquets). Cependant ses enclos \u00e9taient trop grands et donc peu nombreux, il y avait seulement une all\u00e9e autour d&rsquo;une piscine rectangle pour les dauphins. Le zoo \u00e9tait peu visit\u00e9 car il \u00e9tait trop \u00e9loign\u00e9 du centre ville et \u00e9tait peu chaleureux. Il a donc ferm\u00e9 il y a quelques mois. Le projet de r\u00e9novation a vite \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en suspend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre temps, la base militaire a ferm\u00e9 et a laiss\u00e9 place a un nouveau quartier en d\u00e9veloppement. De plus l&rsquo;a\u00e9roport de Caumont a \u00e9t\u00e9 construite \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 attirant de plus en plus les visiteurs. Le zoo abandonn\u00e9 faisait t\u00e2che au milieu de tout \u00e7a. La mairie de Caumont a donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de lancer sa r\u00e9novation. Celle-ci a \u00e9t\u00e9 achev\u00e9e et le zoo a de nouveau ouvert ses portes.
